I only had a look at the first two reels on insta and knew instantly they were exactly the band I was looking for. I kid you not.. These guys exceeded my expectations. There was not one person in the room that did not dance. Everything was spot on and they expertly read the crowd and tailored the songs accordingly. Absolutely loved the energy and how humble the whole crew was. They stayed very professional throughout the night ensuring we gain the best during the dancing sessions. I just want to say a massive thank you to you guys for literally delivering everything I asked for. . I highly recommend Methods. If you have second thoughts.DON’T. METHODS is the band at my homecoming function and from day one they were simply amazing. Srimal was very friendly from the preparation days right up to the end of our wedding. He was extremely supportive and always ready to help with anything we needed. On the wedding day, Srimal’s hosting, his voice, the sound system, and the lighting effects were all top-notch. Our wedding felt more like a live concert than a wedding! So many guests told us they had never been to a function like this before and said it was a total blast. All the credit goes to METHODS. When my wife and I felt stressed after missing our planned time schedule, Srimal motivated us, lifted our spirits, and helped us enjoy the moment again. We are truly thankful for that. The Gala of the Odyssey Graduation Ball of the 20th Batch of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of Moratuwa, held on 2nd January 2026 at Marino Beach Colombo was an absolute blast thanks to Methods. From the very start, they brought amazing energy and set the perfect vibe for the night. The music choices were spot on, and they did an incredible job reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor alive. From fresh graduates to our guests, everyone was dancing, smiling, and fully enjoying the moment. What we loved most was how easy and stress-free everything felt. When we began planning our Annual APIIT Alumni Reunion Night in mid-2025, we explored several band options while deciding on the right fit for our event. Out of curiosity, we clicked through to their profile, reached out to check their availability, and from that point onwards, everything changed and our planning became even easier. At the time, we also came across multiple positive reviews about METHODs on Facebook. Now, having experienced their performance first-hand, we can confidently say that every good word written about them was absolutely true. Our entire coordination was handled through Srimal, who was exceptionally professional, well-organised, and, just as their name suggests, truly "method"ical in his approach. What also impressed us greatly was their professionalism in handling around five guest artists during the night (which is no easy task). They backed every performance seamlessly, without a single hiccup. Having reached out to several bands during our selection process, we can also confidently say that METHODs offers very reasonable and fair rates for the quality they deliver. Most importantly, they were incredibly adaptable to the audience, highly accommodating, extremely responsive, and by the end of the night, they had exceeded every expectation we had. If we were to organise another event with the same committee, we would have absolutely no hesitation in onboarding METHODs Live Band again. Highly Recommended.

We had our office party planned at a well-known hotel, and one of my colleagues suggested booking Methods for the night. Everything was set—but at the last minute, the hotel changed our venue to this tiny, underwhelming space we’d never have chosen ourselves. Total panic moment But Methods showed up right on time, and Srimal came straight up to me and said, “Don’t worry, we’ve got this.” These guys were unreal. They played almost non-stop till 2 AM (maybe even later?) and completely turned the night around. What could’ve been a total disaster ended up being one of the best office parties we’ve had—and it’s 100% thanks to them. If you’re thinking of booking them—do it.
